Title Insurance & Property Reports
Because we use several underwriters, we offer a full range of pre- and post-Closing Title products up to and including Full Title Insurance. Our products include a broad range of traditional and alternative title services, and we are committed to decreasing turn times by using online property data when possible.
Our title insurance agency is underwritten through Stewart Title Guaranty, First American Talon Group, Ticor Title Company, and Old Republic National Title Insurance, giving us the backing of the largest title underwriters in the nation.
Appraisal & BPO
At NREIS AM, we offer a full a range of services, including all appraisal products for pre- and post-foreclosure properties. Working with thousands of licensed appraisers and real estate brokers in all 50 states, we can provide local opinions on the value of the property, as well as a comprehensive marketing plan for the home.
A Certified Appraiser performs all of the real estate appraisals and, in addition, a Staff Analyst reviews each appraisal to ensure quality and compliance. Our traditional appraisal services include all FHLMC/FNMA forms, and our alternative valuations include a comprehensive Automated Valuation Model (AVM) platform, our proprietary marketWISE and QUICKinspect as well as BPOs. Many product are available with and without photos.
Additionally, we offer SUREvalue, a warranty on any valuation service.
